Envibrance recently launched the website for our youth motivational services & media organization, Wind & Wings for Youth. Click here to visit the site, to inquire about motivational presentations for your school or organization and to see photos from our past events.

Wind & Wings for Youth offers a variety of youth enrichment services and programs including:

Workshops on youth entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, dream development, college-preparation, self-esteem and empowerment.

Presentations and programs inspiring children and teens to embrace literacy, arts & creativity, and a variety of professional careers and messages/activities for children’s & youth ministry events.

Julene Fleurmond, founder of Wind & Wings and a young entrepreneur and social venturer, is available for motivational speaking engagements for conferences, schools and other related events.

Our youth program Young Dreamer Enterprises and motivational site for youth, DreamerENT.com, empowers young people to follow their passions and to embrace education, the arts, entrepreneurship and other positive activities.

As we’re all hearing of and seeing the devastation in Haiti after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake, we want to encourage you to both pray and send your support to help those affected. As a Haitian American, it’s beautiful to see the outpouring of love from across the world. Together we can make a difference and pour out love to fill those hearts which are hurting.

How You Can Help:

Donate by texting “HAITI” to 90999. A $10 donation will be charged to your cell phone bill that will go to the Red Cross. It’s quick and easy, every bit helps. Or you can text “YELE” to 501501 to donate $5 to the Yele Foundation, founded by music artist Wyclef Jean. You can also visit www.redcross.org or www.yele.org to donate larger amounts. Other reputable organizations you can donate to include: Samaritan’s Purse, World Vision, Compassion International, Unicef. Visit CNN’s Impact page for more ways to help and for updates on Haiti.

Envibrance Founder Featured in Youth Entrepreneurship Textbook

Envibrance’s founder is featured in the upcoming entrepreneurship education textbook from the Network Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, or NFTE. The textbook entitled Entrepreneurship: Owning Your Future is used in the NFTE curriculum to teach high school students the art of starting and running a business. NFTE is the program that enabled Julene to start her own marketing business when she herself was in high school.

Interview with Young Entrepreneur Jasmine Lawrence

Jasmine Lawrence is a young successful entrepreneur who has definitely been soaring and growing toward her dreams. It all sprouted when she was 11-years-old, after she mixed together natural ingredients to create her own hair oils for her broken, damaged tresses. By age 13 her hair was flourishing, and she was selling her hair products to friends. At 15 she shared her story with Oprah and other major news outlets, and began discussing distribution deals with Wal-Mart – all while striving to get her homework in on time.

Now at 17-years-old, Jasmine’s natural beauty care company Eden BodyWorks has bloomed immensely, and she hopes to bring it to even greater heights. She recently graduated from high school, and is studying computer engineering at Georgia Tech. She’s also featured in the film Ten9Eight: Shoot for the Moon (that we wrote about in a previous post) featuring young entrepreneurs. Watch Jasmine below in a clip from the film:
